Policies
These pages are the legal record. The short version below is for orientation — where the two differ, the policy page wins.
- Shipping — free worldwide, no minimum. US ships DDP (duties included at checkout). Canada, UK, EU, NZ and others ship DDU.
- Returns — 30 days for change of mind, return shipping paid by you. Damaged or wrong piece: 7 days, free replacement or full refund.
- The pieces — handmade from natural materials, sizes given as a range, grain and tone vary by piece.
